Electronic Controlled, 12 - 232 PSI, NLD drain valves are heavy-duty, industrial drain valves that remove condensate without wasting compressed air.
Electrostatic Capacity Sensor Condensate from compression process is sensed correctly and discharged.
Zero Loss of compressed air. Two sensors (High level, Low level) protect energy discharging only condensate selectively. A level sensor opens and closes the valve to remove condensate from compressed air system without discharging costly compressed air.
Figure 1 : Condensate that flows into body is collected in the housing. The spring activated diaphragm is closed and it prevents escape of compressed air.
Figure 2 : When condensate level rises in housing, the level is sensed by the high level sensor and the solenoid controlled valve is activated to close supply line. The diaphragm valve lifts allowing the condensate to be discharged.
